The levels have been designed to make it possible for companies at any stage to get involved. Our unique 3-tiered approach means that any business can start at a level that will be great for them, wherever they are on their CSR journey. Those new to CSR can start out with bronze certification, moving on to silver and gold when they’re ready.

Companies that have made a foundational commitment to CSR and addressed all three pillars. This is achieved through an online application form and supporting evidence.
Companies that have moved beyond the foundations and developed their approach to CSR progressively. They demonstrate a growing level of commitment and investment in each of the pillars. As with bronze level, it is assessed through an online application form and supporting evidence.
Companies that demonstrate a consistent commitment to, and investment in an outstanding level of CSR in all three pillars. As well as covering all the expected standards, they will have developed their own, unique ideas to push their level of CSR to the highest levels. Gold certification is also initially assessed through an online application form and supporting evidence, followed by a virtual inspection (Facetime/Zoom/Skype) carried out by one of our assessors. Eliminating unnecessary travel, we control our carbon footprint whilst providing the necessary rigour that is required for the highest level of certification.
